DF50 Product Support
Effective 31 Jan 2022, ImpediMed will discontinue service and provide limited support, dependent on availability of parts and supplies, for the DF50 device and associated BCA software. ImpediMed will continue to provide service and support for five years from the data of manufacture of your device. Any warranty-related issues will continue to be handled under your current warranty agreement.

DF50 Software License Renewal
The DF50 software license keys may still be renewed for an extended period. You may renew your license key by visiting the Product Registration page: https://www.impedimed.com/support/register-your-product/.
NOTE: DF50 software is not compatible with Windows 11 or later versions.
