View Notes

1. Sign into SOZOapp as a clinician
2. Find and select a patient
3. From the patient dashboard toolbar select “Notes”

Add New Note

1. Select “Add New“
2. Add a note title
3. Add the note
4. Select “Save“

Please Note: A maximum of 10 notes per patient is allowed.

Edit or Delete a Note

EDIT

1. From the 3 dots menu select the “Edit”
2. Update the note
3. Select “Save”

DELETE

1. From the 3 dots menu select “Delete”
2. Confirmation pop-up will appear. Select “Delete” to confirm deletion
