View Tags

1. Sign into MySOZO as a clinician
2. Select a patient and navigate to a measurement
3. Select “Tags”

Please Note: A tag must be first defined by an Administrator before it can be assigned to a measurement.

Add New Tag

1. Select a tag from the drop down menu
2. Add tag description (Optional)
3. Select save icon

Please Note: A tag can be assigned to a measurement just once. Those that are already assigned will be disabled.

Edit or Delete a Tag

Edit

1. Select the edit icon
2. Update the description
3. Select the save icon

Delete

1. Select the delete icon
2. Confirmation pop-up will appear. Select “Delete” to confirm deletion.
