View Notes

1. Sign into MySOZO as a clinician
2. Find and select a patient
3. From the patient dashboard toolbar select “Notes”

Add New Note

1. Add a note title
2. Add the note
3. Select the save icon

Please Note: A maximum of 10 notes per patient is allowed.

Edit or Delete a Note

EDIT

1. Select the edit icon
2. Update the note
3. Select the save icon

DELETE

1. Select the delete icon
2. Confirmation pop-up will appear.
3. Select “Delete” to confirm deletion.
