Manpreet K. Kohli, MD, FACS is the Director of Breast Surgery for Monmouth Medical Center and Cancer Liaison Physician for the Commission on Cancer through the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Kohli‘s clinical interests are nipple sparing mastectomy, lymphedema prevention, and survivorship. She created the first of many programs in New Jersey including RWJBarnabas Health Southern Region’s MagSeed and MagTrace program, Paxman scalp cooling program, and was first in New Jersey to become certified in “Hidden Scar” surgery. She has a particular interest in de-escalation of lymph node management for breast cancer patients and early detection of lymphedema which are components of the Lymphedema Prevention Program at Monmouth Medical Center. She has been using Bioimpedance Spectroscopy with L-Dex and SOZO for several years. As breast program leader at her institution, she strives to provide the highest level of comprehensive and compassionate breast care.

Chelsey Jaworski is the Senior Director, Onboarding & Reimbursement and leads ImpediMed’s Case Assistance Program, which works to resolve provider disputes with a wide variety of payers and insurance plans. Chelsey has over 20 years of extensive real-world experience navigating the pre-authorization process, insurance protocols and policies, and providing education on new products, systems, and procedures. She is adept at providing effective reimbursement pathways and coverage solutions for a diverse range of healthcare entities, including physicians, hospitals, ASCs, and medical device manufacturers.
