Gina Kimball

Gina Kimball joined ImpediMed in June 2026 as Head of Commercial Operations. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the medical technology, diagnostics, and life sciences industries, with deep expertise in commercial strategy, sales operations, finance, pricing, forecasting, and business transformation. At ImpediMed, Gina leads the development of the commercial operating infrastructure that supports growth and execution. Her responsibilities span market targeting, pricing and contracting strategy, sales planning and forecasting, commercial analytics, and sales processes. She works across sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and clinical teams to translate commercial strategy into clear priorities, measurable performance, and disciplined execution. Prior to joining ImpediMed, Gina held senior commercial operations, strategy, and finance leadership roles with Hyperfine, Accelerate Diagnostics, and Roche Diagnostics. Her experience ranges from growth-stage healthcare companies to large global organizations, where she has built commercial capabilities, led cross-functional teams, and supported the launch and expansion of innovative medical technologies. Gina holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and previously held an Arizona CPA license.
