Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson joined ImpediMed in August 2026, bringing over 15 years of medical technology sales leadership experience. Erik spent the last 12 years with Hologic, where he held progressive sales leadership positions across breast and skeletal health, medical aesthetics, and breast surgery, driving close to $250M in revenue during his time with the company. Erik has a consistent track record of sales performance and new segment growth, being recognized throughout his career as a Top Sales Leader. Outside of his sales scope, Erik has held multiple roles within Leadership Development, Sales Training, and Leadership Advisory Councils. Erik joined industry by an unusual route, playing four seasons of professional hockey in the AHL and ECHL after co-captaining Mercyhurst University’s Men’s Hockey program on a full Division I scholarship.
