Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson was appointed to the Board in February 2026. He is a highly accomplished U.S. MedTech executive with more than a decade of experience at Hologic, Inc., where he held multiple senior commercial and President-level leadership roles. During his tenure at Hologic, Erik led U.S. commercialization efforts across several businesses, serving in commercial leadership positions prior to being promoted to President of Medical Aesthetics and President of Global Services, and most recently as President of the Breast & Skeletal Health Division. In that role, he led and grew one of the company’s largest business units — a global franchise generating more than US$1.6 billion in annual revenue. Prior to joining Hologic, Erik held commercial leadership roles at ImpediMed, and prior to that at Stryker as a Sales Representative, later advancing into Sales Leadership roles within hospital-based medical device businesses.
