Ashley Muñoz, MBA

Ashley joined ImpediMed in 2022 as the Human Resources Manager and was appointed Director of Human Resources in July 2024. She has a strong background building partnerships with the executive team, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams while delivering impactful results. Ashley has proven accomplishments and experience across diverse human resources functions encompassing performance management, employee relations, organizational design, compliance, onboarding, benefits, compensation, project management, talent acquisition, learning & development, and HRIS implementations. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos.
