Pre-quotation announcement – commitment of funds
The prospectus dated 11 September 2007 stated that the Company would accept oversubscriptions of up to $1,008,000. The Company has accepted oversubscriptions of this amount. The Company advises that the statement of commitments in sections 3.3 and 8.4 of the prospectus, to the extent that they were prepared on the basis that the Company accepted the maximum level of oversubscriptions, remain valid.
