Resignation of Second Company Secretary

ImpediMed Limited announces the resignation of Mr Stephen Denaro who has acted as a non-executive Company Secretary since March 2003. His resignation is effective 8th April 2008
Mr Denaro was on of two COmpany Secretariees at ImpediMed, and his duties will be consolidated into those of CFO & Executive Company Secretary, Mr Phil Auckland.
The company thanks Mr Denaro for his contributions over the last five years.
