The terms of the options are 5 years from the admission of the company to the ASX Official List. We confirm that in establishing this security class with the share register and recording an actual expiry date, 5 years was added to the company’s listing date of 24th October 2007, rather than the date the company was admitted to the official list which was yesterday 22nd October 2007.
